About three years ago I was in a precarious situation where I did not have a social security number, only an ITIN Number. Since my residency was in period, “process” it was very difficult to get a loan with good interest rate having no social security number. beautifully orchestrated both the purchase and subsequent refinance of our

could not approve me for financing. My wife and I were quite concerned

I started working with Mr. Samuels in summer of 2016. He helped with my new home purchase in Murrieta. My income was all self employed using numerous bank accounts. It was a complicated loan, somehow Jonathan made it work and got me in the home. The interest rate was a bit higher due to my self employed income but he told me I could refi within 6 months. About a year later I contacted him again for a refi. He was able to drop the rate 2 points which was nice. Saved me about $1000 a month. About another year later I contacted Mr. Samuels once again when rates were lower. He helped me get a 4.5 interest rate which was unheard of at the time. This was my third time working with him. Again in 2020 I contacted Jonathan one more time. Due to interest rates being at an all time low. He was able to get me 2.5 interest! The lowest I’ve ever seen. It took some tome but he made it work. Each time I worked with Mr. Samuels, he was always very professional and helpful. He called me daily with updates and documents he required. The last time was the fastest he got me approved. Took about 22 days. I can’t recommend him enough. Great loan officer and will work to get you the best rate possible.
