Most recent two (2) years employer W-2 forms
Most recent two (2) months bank statements (All accounts – All pages)
Most recent Quarterly statement for all investment accounts.
Copy of Driver license (Alternative – Government I.D., Passport)
Social Security or Resident Alien card (or Work Eligibility Permit)
If a property owner:
Copy of mortgage statements for all owned properties
Copy of homeowner insurance policy (Declarations page) for all owned properties.
Homeowner Association (HOA) name, address, phone, policy number – (if applicable).
Tenant rental agreements for all properties owned.
If a tenant:
Name, address, phone number/email adress of landlord/manager
(or alternatively)
Most recent twelve (12) months canceled rent checks (front & back copy).
If a V.A. loan applicant:
DD-214 copy
Certificate of Eligibility (If available)
